The general areas were well-maintained and had a comfortable atmosphere, especially the beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with a convenient elevator that made it easy for me to reach my room on the 4th floor. It was a delight to stay in a place that considered the needs of older guests.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more support and attentiveness from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed or distracted, and it would have been nice to have a little more assistance or guidance during my stay.

It had an excellent and fantastic setting near to main attraction like Piazza di Spagna as well as the centre of Rome. The staff was excellent and helped with late checkout.

We had the most wonderful stay at Frattina in Rome. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Piazza di Spagna, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and even the Colosseum was within reach by foot. Being close to Via del Corso meant that we had all the shops we needed for our shopping expeditions. The area felt safe and we enjoyed taking leisurely walks around. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with a small but functional kitchen and comfortable amenities. We also appreciated the help and support provided by Hasna, the property manager, especially with our late check-out as our departure was in the evening. The Wi-Fi worked well and the apartment was soundproof, adding to our overall enjoyment.

It was located in a very very nice area in the city center. Everything was simply fine.

A cosy base for sightseeing in Rome. Top, absolutely perfect setting near to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and Vatican City and the historical sites.

The living area was incredibly cosy and pleasant, making me feel right at home. The balcony was a wonderful addition, providing a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the view. The location of the apartment was brilliant, right in the center of the city. This meant that all the main tourist attractions were within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city without relying on transportation. Additionally, the apartment was very clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable amenities.

Charming and spacious apartment, perfect for families with teenagers. Loved the separate living room with a sofa bed and a separate WC. Kitchenette had all the basics and even a dishwasher. The apartment was located right in the middle of the shopping district, making it easy to explore the area. Safety and professionalism were top-notch, as the apartment was situated within the Consulate of Singapore. The presence of the Singaporean flag outside made it easy to spot when returning home. The apartment was very comfortable, with lots of fresh towels and a quaint balcony.

The apartment felt a bit dated, especially the worn-out appearance in the bathroom, particularly around the bath area. The doors to the terrace were a challenge, as a cat kept coming in and out, which was a problem for my allergies and asthma.
